Welcome to tbcc.org.nz, the online home of Titahi Bay Community Church.

We hope that this site will provide a glimpse of who we are and what we are about. It has the functional purpose of offering practical information about the daily running of the church. However, it also has the more important purpose of providing a communication channel among current members and also to the wider community, being anyone who is viewing these pages.

So how would you describe the simple-yet-complex nature of a body of people committed to following Jesus and communicating his message of love?

On the one hand it really is simple.

• We have a 10am Sunday morning service of Christian singing, worship and teaching, including a Children's Club;
• There are small groups that meet in people's homes during the week to provide in-depth study, conversation, support and encouragement;
• There are children’s holiday programmes;
• And involvement in hospital, schools, prisons, and many other places.

On the other hand we as individuals, as families, as a corporate body are all seeking to know:

• The truth about who we really are;
• Where we have come from ;
• What God intended for us;
• What the Bible says to us as God's inspired word;
• And ultimately how we can come to a deeper relationship with our maker.

We know that Jesus intended it to be simple when he said “I am the way, the truth and the life”, and yet we continue to be amazed each day as new pages are opened to us, sometimes in unexpected ways. These ways meet you and your needs, they challenge your thoughts, and very often they reach the heart and soul of who you are.
